What are the basics that you should know about developing a theme with StudioPress?
- Pretty much everything is customizable with clicks and not code – This is truth of a lot of Theme Development companies today but what I like about StudioPress is that they develop their own tutorials on how to setup their themes to look like everything you see in their demos.
- Big Community of active members and developers – There is a large active community of people around the world available to talk to when you run into problems through their “myStudioPress” community
- widgets, Widgets, WIDGETS – Know them, love them, get used to them if you are developing a site or blog with a StudioPress theme. StudioPress provides a lot of widgets right out of the box when you install a StudioPress theme into your WordPress site.
- You can extend the functionality with plugins – StudioPress has a healthy collection of plugins that can give you additional functionality for AgentPress, Genesis Connect for WooCommerce, Genesis Responsive Slider, Genesis Tabs, SEO Data Transporter and more. Check them out here.
